Yes, they are 100% Vegan! All our sweets are free from any animal products such as gelatine, honey, beeswax, egg, carmine and other animal derived e numbers.
Do you ship Australia wide?
Yes, we are located in Perth, Western Australia but we ship Australia wide. We use Australia Post for all our deliveries. We are always looking into getting the best shipping rates amongst local couriers and passing that saving on to you! We also now ship to New Zealand via weight based shipping.
You can also select local pick up at checkout (Wangara WA 6065) you will receive an email with the collection address/details once your order is ready to collect, PS; it may go into your junk mail.
How long does delivery take?
We endeavour to dispatch your order as soon as possible (3-5 business days) but this may vary depending on our workload – if we have a busy period the dispatch times will be estimated in the website banner, delivery will be estimated based on the method of shipping chosen by you at checkout. Delivery can be between 2-10 business days depending on location and shipping method. Please note we are shipping from WA, so shipping times will vary depending on delivery location. For fastest shipping time please select express shipping at checkout, but please note selecting express shipping time does not mean your order will jump the order queue, it will just transit faster than standard delivery. All shipping estimate times do not include processing time and are approximate shipping times, they will vary depending on Australia Post.
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, our couriers are experiencing some delays with their deliveries so please keep this in mind.
Will I get an order confirmation email or tracking?
Yes, please check your junk mail/spam for these emails, a confirmation email will be sent once we receive your order and a tracking number will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched. If you cannot locate these please send us an email and we can chase it up and check for any typos etc. thecandyparlour@outlook.com
Is your candy gluten free?
Some of our candy is gluten-free within their ingredients, we also have a few gluten-free mixes, however because we handle gluten in our facility there is a risk of cross contamination, please take this into account when ordering. You can also check the ingredients list under each product to check for allergens. We cannot vouch for contamination that has occurred at point of manufacturing if any. If you have any other allergies please leave them in the notes section of your order.
Is your candy halal?
Yes, the main foods prohibited by islamic law are certain animal products and alcohol. Our candy is free of all animal products and contain no alcohol. Feel free to check the ingredients tab under each product before placing your order to ensure they fall in line with your interpretation of islamic law.
How long will the candy keep for and how do I store it?
We recommend eating your candy within 4 weeks of purchase. Store any unsealed candy in an airtight container – in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight and heat to extend their shelf life up to 3 months. Please note most of the products we stock are weather sensitive, so some things can be melted/softer in hotter weather or tougher in colder weather, unfortunately this is something out of our control, therefore refunds on this matter are subject to approval.
Are your bags recyclable?
All our bags are reusable and/or recyclable through the red cycle program. Please visit www.redcycle.net.au to find your nearest location.
What kind of payment do you acceptWe accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as AfterPay and PayPal.
Do you issue refunds?
All our products are classed as perishable goods and so we cannot accept returns or refunds. We are not able to refund orders that due to change of mind. If you cancel your order prior to us dispatching it, then we will be happy to issue you with a refund for the order.
If you wish to raise a refund request, please notify us in writing at thecandyparlour@outlook.com. We may require photos if any items are damaged. You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund if products are damaged or missing. How do I change the address for my order?
If you have given the incorrect or incomplete address for your order please email us on thecandyparlour@outlook.com immediately. If you enter the wrong address at checkout and the order gets shipped we are not responsible for replacing the products. Please be kind and patient with our team, we are always trying to provide you the best vegan sweets along with the best customer service.

Prizes may not be substituted for cash. Our winner decision is final. Emails will be added to our database (you may unsubscribe). Multiple prizes will be shipped to the same address – to the competition entrant. Giveaways not endorsed Facebook/Instagram.

We have put this off for quite some time, but after reviewing our finances and constant supplier and overhead price increases we have made the tough decision to implement some price increases.
